Valuations of houses for marketing purposes, whether this be on a sale or letting basis, are carried out FREE OF CHARGE and without obligation. For all other valuations, a fee will normally be charged, details of which will be provided to the client prior to carrying out any work.

Please note that Wilbys do not carry out Home Buyers Reports or Structural Building Surveys.
