Wortley Hall provided the venue for Wilbys’ recent Land & Property auction which proved to be another successful sale with all lots on offer being sold on the evening, with a majority in excess of their guide prices.

A packed room of new and familiar faces saw five lots on offer with the highlight being Baggerwood Farm, a small residential property offering tremendous scope for renovation and standing in 24.81 acres.

The frantic bidding led to following results:
